Darcy is a passionate advocate for equity, access and inclusivity who believes in creating space for all of us to thrive and live our best lives. With over 15 years of leadership experience in global tech companies, she knows firsthand the power of building high-performing teams based on inclusion, trust and genuine connection.
From developing ethics and compliance programs to designing creative strategies, Darcy's approach is all about meeting the needs of the organization and, most importantly, its people.
As Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, she dedicated over six years to engaging others to increase diversity and foster inclusive spaces.
Darcy is a collaborator with Open Eye Collective.
She obtained a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from
Cornell University and is trained in facilitation of race equity conversations. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science from Portland State University.
