As Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, she dedicated over six years to engaging others to increase diversity and foster inclusive spaces.
Darcy is a collaborator with Open Eye Collective.
She obtained a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University and is trained in the facilitation of race equity conversations. She received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Portland State University.
